Karl Theodore Parker was an art historian and museum curator. He was Keeper at Ashmolean Museum Oxford from 1945 to 1962, FBA 1950, CBE 1954, Kt 1960, Trustee National Gallery 1962 to 1969 and Honorary Fellow Oriel College Oxford.
