"
I have known Dawn for the past dozen years or so and have always observed her to be a highly competent and compassionate human being and dedicated public servant. We worked together throughout those years in a professional capacity mutually serving as professional representatives on the Rehabilitation Review Panel for the Department of Labor and Industry for the State of Minnesota. Under all circumstances, she demonstrated all those traits and characteristics most desirable in a professional.
She is a highly intelligent, thoughtful individual and has established a solid reputation among her peers as an outstanding leader in the realm of professional vocational counseling. I am sure this is the impression she has created among the hundreds of injured workers and others she has rendered professional services for. Throughout her counseling career, she has always held her client’s and society’s best interests as her highest priority.
Dawn continuously demonstrates commendable self-discipline and assumes her responsibilities with total sincerity, poise, integrity and enthusiasm. It has been a privilege to serve with her in a professional capacity allowing me to observe her astute understanding, keen application of logic, her exceptional work habits and reliability.
