A pair of Purdey and Sons shot guns are displayed on top of a cabinet. They cannot be fired although they break and load. Their stocks are finished in wood and fitted with half pistol grips to match the king's guns. Purdey and Sons have been gun-makers to the royal family since the reign of Queen Victoria. There is also an accompanying leather cartridge bag and a magazine of tiny cartridges.
