Press visits

Press visits to the official residences can be arranged through Royal Collection Trust's Press Office for media who review, feature or write on the arts, heritage and travel. 

Press visits to Windsor Castle, the Palace of Holyroodhouse, The King’s Galleries in London and Edinburgh and the Royal Mews must be arranged with a minimum of two working days' notice by submitting a Press Visit Application Form.

Please note

  • When requesting a press visit, please outline details of your comission or planned feature.
  • Please check the Visit pages to check opening dates and times before requesting a visit.
  • Press tickets are limited to one ticket per media outlet. Additional tickets can be purchased from the Visit pages of the website.
  • Press photography is not permitted at any of the royal residences. To request images for editorial use, please contact the Press Office.
